Advanced Family Dentistry Assistants

Micki has over 25 years experience in dental assisting. In August of 2007, we celebrated having Micki on staff for 20 years! Micki earned her dental assisting degree from Des Moines Area Community College. She has also successfully completed Expanded Functions Training for Dental Assistants in the State of Iowa, as well as a CEREC training course. Micki enjoys helping our patients feel as comfortable as possible while receiving the very best dental care.

Lindsay has over 12 years of dental assisting experience. She is registered and has successfully completed Expanded Functions Training for Dental Assistants in the State of Iowa. Lindsay graduated from Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School. She is very creative, enjoys working with the public and spending time with family.

Alisha enjoys the fast pace of dental assisting. She has 6 years of dental assisting experience. Alisha graduated from Melcher-Dallas High School and received her dental assisting degree form Des Moines Area Community College in 2003. She has also successfully completed Expanded Function Training for Dental Assistants in the State of Iowa as well as a CEREC training course. Currently, Alisha is enrolled full time in the Dental Hygiene Program at Des Moines Area Community College and will graduate in May of 2010. As busy as she is, Alisha still manages to work part time at Advanced Family Dentistry and maintain a very high grade point average.

Angela, to the right, enjoys the variety of patients and procedures she encounters each day as a dental assistant. She is originally from Waterloo, Iowa. Angela is registered, has over 10 years of dental assisting experience and has successfully completed Expanded Functions Training for Dental Assistants in the State of Iowa.

Toni is a graduate of Ankeny High School and earned her degree in dental assisting from Marshalltown Community College in May of 2008. While studying to be a dental assistant, Toni performed her clinical rotation at Advanced Family Dentistry and has been with us since that time. She has completed Expanded Functions Training for Dental Assistants in the State of Iowa. Toni is primarily Dr. Yegge's full time assistant.
